My approach

Health can look different in many different shapes, sizes, and lifestyles. This process uses a non-diet approach to help you understand how to eat for your body.

During this process, you to let go of eating patterns that are stopping you from reaching your goals.  

Immediately, you will start to feel more empowered to make peace with food and your body and learn how to enjoy both without guilt. 


THE PROCESS

Free Phone Consultation (45 minutes):
· We are going to diagnose if your challenges can be solved with intuitive eating and layout the protocol on how you are going to achieve those things in the shortest time possible. This is also an opportunity to ask questions about this approach and to make sure I am a good match for your needs.

The protocol - Day 1 to day 90:

· Break down how to eat intuitively by tapping into your internal cues so that you know exactly when and what to eat
· Learn how to no longer base success on the scale or clothing size so that you can have a great day regardless of the number
· Let go of dieting and the constant back and forth between strict eating and overindulging so that you feel comfortable eating no matter what situation you are in
· Feel more empowered around food
· Redefine your understanding of health and nutrition
· Create a positive relationship with movement and mindfulness

How this is different than other intuitive eating programs:

  • This program is the intersection between intuitive eating and diabetes management

  • We will meet as often as needed for follow-up sessions, depending on your goals and needs, which we will decide together during the initial session.

  • Need support between sessions? Get support when you need it with a dietitian in your pocket. You can send messages from your phone, meaning you get the answers you need to get back to your life as a more informed and empowered eater. Our conversation is always private and confidential.

  • In the first session, we will talk in-depth about your health history and relationship with food and your body.

· I am located in St. Petersburg, Florida, but I practice nutrition and diabetes coaching through online sessions, so that I can work with you from the comfort of your own home.
