Laurel Deininger is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator located in St. Petersburg, Florida who loves cooking, yoga, and her dog, Reagan.

She has an Undergraduate Degree in Dietetics and a Graduate Degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Florida State University. She has significant experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy and specializes in Diabetes prevention and treatment.

She’s passionate about helping people understand their bodies and tackle their goals through comprehensive nutrition and wellness coaching.
