The Best Pressure Cooker Pho Bowl
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese dish that is increasingly popular here in the US. I recently took a trip with Vietnam and ATE SO MUCH PHO. Breakfast. Lunch. And Dinner!
Pho is made up of a delicate bone broth that holds noodles, meat, and all the vegetable toppings you desire!
While it is eaten throughout the year in Vietnam, I find it tastes best on a cold winter night :-)
How to make Instant Pot Pho
Okay, this process may seem intense… but I promise it is easier than it looks.
Its as easy as one, two three. 1. Saute the vegetables and spices 2. Pour it all together into the instant pot 3. Strain broth and enjoy!
What topping should I put in my Pho?
I love to use lime, basil, chili pepper, zoodles (NOT traditional), and bean sprouts! You may also like to add in yellow onion, green onion, Thai coriander.
Does I have to use chicken thighs?
Chicken thighs will produce a better broth compared to other cuts of the chicken like the breast. I do recommend you stick to bone-in chicken thighs for this recipe!
